Best Features

The large majority of our customers are elderly; however, we do also care for people with learning or physical disabilities and otherwise healthy people who are recovering from injury.

Domiciliary care involves our Care Workers visiting a client’s home on an agreed schedule to support them and provide the care that they need – this can include personal care, help with dressing and general household tasks.
The care provided will depend on the customer’s needs and the agreed care package that they’re on, but can range from general companionship to a more intensive personal care schedule.

We have over 100 domiciliary care branches spread throughout the UK, from Aberdeen to Exeter, with hundreds of vacancies available each month.

Experience is not necessary as we provide full-training. What’s most important to us is that you have the right personality. You need to be patient, hardworking, reliable, and enjoy making people feel valued.

We offer every Care Worker a guaranteed contract with a weekly minimum of 18 hours’ work, subject to you passing a 3 month probationary period and having the necessary availability.

A career in Care is incredibly rewarding. But it can also be challenging. So we reward our employees with a fantastic benefits package – click here to see the details.

The hourly rate of pay that we offer will vary depending on location. Search for jobs in your local area by clicking here to get more information on the rate of pay.

You’ll enjoy the equivalent of 28 days paid annual leave a year, including public holidays. This is pro-rata if you work part-time. Holiday pay will accrue at 12.07% of your hourly rate for each hour you work during the holiday year.

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check looks at your criminal history (if you have one) and makes sure you’re not barred from working with any group of people. It’s mandatory for all of our Carers. You must have successfully completed an enhanced DBS check before starting work with us. The Administration team in your local branch will help you apply for your DBS check. However, in some cases, you may need to cover its cost of £44.

The type of contracts we have available depend on the specific requirements of our branches. But we’ll do our best to work around your other commitments with a flexible full or part-time contract.

While it’s important to maintain a professional boundary, it’s natural for our Carers to develop rapport with their regular clients. Forming these relationships also makes the visits more pleasant for everyone involved.

Yes. We provide care and support to people of all gender groups, ethnic backgrounds and religions; however some customers might request that they only receive personal care from Carers of the same sex.
